Salesperson / Associate Broker - 15 Hours total:
- 3 Hours Brokerage Relationships and Disclosures
- 3 Hours MD Legislative Update
- 3 Hours MD Ethics and Predatory Lending
- 1.5 Hours MD Fair Housing (unless license is designated Commercial only; then 1.5 elective can be substituted)
- 4.5 Hours Electives
Broker of Record / Team Leader / Branch Office Manager 15 Hours total:
- 3 Hours MREC Supervision
- 3 Hours Brokerage Relationships and Disclosures
- 3 Hours MD Legislative Update
- 3 Hours MD Ethics and Predatory Lending
- 1.5 Hours MD Fair Housing (unless license is designated Commercial only; then 1.5 elective can be substituted)
- 1.5 Hours Elective
